About this Site

This is my personal website, created since 2003, to share with you my life in Sahaja Yoga, things that I've learnt in it, things that I feel are interesting, important and meaningful. I hope you enjoy your visit here and feel free to leave me a comment in my guestbook. Happy browsing!

My Sahaj life

I got my self-realisation at the City Hall program in Hong Kong in 2003. (All programs are held weekly and free of charge by the way so there's really nothing to lose by giving it a go if you too want to learn how to meditate.) One and a half years later, I moved to Australia and joined the Brisbane collective, which has since become a dear family to me. (There are Sahaja Yogis all over the world so I never feel alone no matter where I go.) I feel very privileged to have access to the Wamuran ashram, built by yogis on a special land owned by Shri Mataji with tremendous vibrations, where I can meditate collectively with yogis every weekend. It's truly an amazing place and I hope you too can come and visit someday!

About Sahaja Yoga

Sahaja Yoga was started by H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in India in 1970, and has since spread all over the world. It is a unique method of meditation based on an experience called Self-Realisation (Kundalini awakening) that can occur within each human being. It is entirely FREE of charge, as one cannot pay for the experience of DIVINE LOVE.

"Sahaja Yoga is different from other yogas because it begins with Self-Realization."
-Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi
